| You can also visit the crystal clear Paracas beach resort, famous bay where the Ballestas Islands are located (the “small Galapagos”). You can take daily tours from Pisco, going by San Andres to Paracas, where you board the vessels that will guide you around the natural beauty of the reserve. This whole area is ideal to taste excellent seafood, being the specialty the traditional Peruvian cebiche, made out of white fish and cooked in lemon. Additionally, you can try the famous national drink “ pisco sour ” made out of a liquor called Pisco, the Peruvian brandy. |
